Fall Confirmand Retreat

September 18-19

Our Fall Confirmand Retreat will be held at Still Waters Friday and Saturday, September 18–19, beginning Friday at 7:00 p.m. and continuing through Saturday’s 5:00 p.m. worship service. A brief parent/guardian meeting will follow worship to wrap up the retreat and look ahead to the Confirmand Year.  This retreat is for our 8th-grade confirmands, as well as older youth who have not yet been confirmed and would like to enter the Confirmand Year.  Confirmation at Still Waters is a journey of faith and discipleship for our 6th–8th grade youth, giving them opportunities to learn, grow, serve, ask questions, build relationships, and discover what it means to follow Jesus. The Confirmand Year is a special time of deeper preparation and discernment as youth consider affirming their baptismal and membership vows and making their own public profession of faith.  If you have a youth in 8th grade or older who has not yet been confirmed and would like to learn more about participating this year, we would love to connect with you.  Please sign your youth up on the Connection Card or online.
