In The Community
Serving Our Neighbors

In the Old and New Testament, we are taught to care for the least of the community: the widow, the orphan, the poor, the sick. We have a handful of ways and partners out in the community where hands and hearts are needed to help provide for those that need it most.
VBS Pizza & Planning
Yes, you read that right! This year we are starting off our VBS planning early to have even more of an impact! If you'd like to get in on the excitement of planning for one of our Children's Ministry major events, we invite you to our Vacation Bible School (VBS) Planning Meeting on Sunday, January 25th, 12:00pm. We'll order pizza and get the creative ideas flowing! Please sign up on the Connection Card or on our website so we'll know of your interest. Contact Jena with any questions.
Family Promise

Our week to partner with Family Promise is coming! The week of January 26th - February 1st, we will be partnering with Family Promise by making dinners for the families experiencing homelessness that are in the program. As we get closer to the time we’ll update the number of people (it changes as families transition out of and into the Family Promise program) and any dietary restrictions. If you’d like to make a meal that week, please sign upbelow. Contact Kelly or Vicki Passineau with questions.
Volunteer to help at Feeding America
The Second Wednesday of each month at 1:00 PM
Our Next Feeding America is February 11th.

Still Waters Church has an amazing opportunity to team up with Feeding America to help feed Washington County. Feeding America will bring pallets of perishable items to our church parking lot. We will pack up these items and then distribute them through a drive-through, placing packages in people’s vehicles.
