Jesus shared a lot of meals with a lot of people, each time sharing timeless lessons about the way of God's Kingdom. Throughout this series we will explore the lessons that Jesus taught at meal time around the table.

The Last Supper is arguably the most well known story from the bible. From it, we get the sacrament of Holy Communion. But what else is Jesus teaching us around this table? This week we will explore how Jesus shows us that the table is a place of belonging, remembrance, and restoration.

Jesus spent time with his friends, much like we do. When Jesus came to be with his friends Mary and Martha, they had different priorities. Martha was preparing to make the perfect meal while Mary was focused on sitting in the presence of Jesus. Sometimes we get so busy doing, that we forget to sit and be with God. Are you so busy that you miss the moments to spend with God or the people around you?
